Your wines are precious and we know it. Cellar masters, oenologists, cellarmen, all experts in their profession , have a great knowledge of the different terroirs and grape varieties. They are thus experienced in handling each of your wines whatever its nature – conventional, organic, HVE, vegan, with or without added sulfites -.
They are there every day to take care of your vintages , support you in your choices before each bottling and advise you if you wish. The work they do is closely linked to yours. And they know it!
Expertise and professionalism
Our cellar master, our oenologists and our cellarmen have extensive field experience. They are all passionate wine professionals. They are therefore able to discuss with each customer their wine region, their vintages and their expectations.
The cellar master is your privileged contact. He supervises the cellar work and implements the blends based on the specifications provided. He can also, depending on your requests, taste, comment and advise you.
At each intervention, a cellarman takes care of your wines: travel to our bottling center, filtration, finishing before bottling, … each movement is measured.
Respecting the procedures resulting from our IFS/BRC certifications, each participant nevertheless adapts to the product entrusted to them: vintage after vintage, each wine is different and it is up to us to understand it well.
Hygiene and protection

All the wines you entrust to us are tasted, analyzed by our laboratory and interpreted by our oenologist, as soon as they arrive at our bottling center. Our goal is, from this moment, to secure your wines for their future bottling.
Our obsession is to return bottled wines to you, with strictly the same qualities as when you entrusted them to us, whether they are brut or pre-bottled. Thus, our cellar master is in permanent contact with you, to define the possible blends, the desired oenological treatments, the type of filtration, the fining and the production schedule.
Then, in compliance with current regulations, the wine merchants, thanks to their know-how, will strictly follow the specifications defined for the preparation of your wines before bottling them.
