Laboratory work is at the heart of our business. It allows us to create a fair and precise link between you, our cellar staff and the wines you entrust to us. Throughout the period in which we take care of them, we must respect them, perfectly master their preparation for packaging and provide you with the best advice before each bottling, based on the analyses and tastings regularly carried out.
To respond with finesse and rigor to your expectations, our laboratory is equipped with an enzymatic analyzer and an IRTF analyzer which allow to process the 21 key parameters. All the results obtained are integrated into our ERP in order to have a total traceability.
To ensure the unfailing reliability of the analysis results, we regularly carry out inter-laboratory checks.
Our laboratory team has both technical and oenological skills. This dual approach allows them to have an analytical vision and a viticultural sensitivity for each of the wines they have to analyze. Completed by our oenologists, our technicians analyze and taste each wine at each of these stages:
The results obtained allow us to validate the conformity of your wines, both in terms of their analytical and organoleptic aspects, and to advise you regarding the specifications which have been previously established.
