Client: any professional or natural person with legal capacity under Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, visiting the Website subject to these general terms and conditions.

Client Information: hereinafter referred to as “Information”, corresponding to all personal data likely to be held by https://3s.fr for account management, customer relationship management, and for analysis and statistical purposes.

7.1 Persons responsible for collecting personal data
For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and their browsing of the Site, the controller of the Personal Data is: 3S. https://3s.fr is represented by Charles ROUX, its legal representative.
As the controller of the data it collects, https://3s.fr undertakes to comply with the framework of the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is the Client’s responsibility to establish the purposes of their data processing, to provide their prospects and clients, starting from the collection of their consent, with complete information on the processing of their personal data, and to maintain a register of processing activities consistent with reality.
Whenever https://3s.fr processes Personal Data, https://3s.fr takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the Personal Data is accurate and relevant with regard to the purposes for which https://3s.fr processes it.
7.2 Purpose of the data collected
https://3s.fr may process all or part of the data:
- to enable browsing on the Site and the management and traceability of the services ordered by the user: Site connection and usage data, billing, order history, etc.

7.4 Right of access, rectification, and objection

https://3s.fr undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and, in particular, that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client’s Information is brought to the attention of https://3s.fr, it shall inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, https://3s.fr does not collect any “sensitive data”.
The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of https://3s.fr and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes referred to above, the main persons likely to have access to the data of Users of https://3s.fr are primarily the agents of our customer service department.
8. Incident notification
