A FAMILY ADVENTURE THAT BEGAN IN 1998
In 1998, with 30 years of experience in bottling and wine services in Mâconnais-Beaujolais, SOBEMAB wanted to create a subsidiary in the south of France. The Villeveyrac site in Hérault was chosen for its geographical location, halfway between PACA and Spain. 3S was born and began its activity.
In 2000, the two companies were sold to an Australian industrial group.
In 2008, Charles Roux, the founder’s son, bought the two companies back with the idea of providing new services. He completed the offer with oenology consultancy, cellar work, new storage capacities, the supply of dry materials and logistics.
After half a century, the company has grown while maintaining the spirit of the early days: independence to offer optimal service to our customers and their wines.
A MAJOR INDEPENDENT PLAYER IN FRANCE
With a capacity of over 30 million bottles, 3S is the major national player in the wine bottling sector in the south of France. In some 20 years, the company has managed to build loyalty among a diverse clientele, including independent winegrowers, wine estates, merchants and mass retailers.
Among the few independent companies in the sector, 3S ensures neutrality and complete confidentiality to its customers. This state of mind, combined with proven expertise and technology, has contributed to the success of 3S since 1998.
